How information is processed on this website and in the DEEP RUN iOS app.

Website & server logs

This website does not use its own tracking cookies, analytics services or third-party embedded fonts. Technical access data (such as IP address, access time, requested page and browser information) may be processed by the web server to deliver the website and protect against technical errors or attacks.

Data processed by DEEP RUN

Game progress, personal best score, total crystals and settings are stored locally on your device. If Apple Game Center is enabled and the player signs in, the high score may be transmitted to Apple Game Center. Apple’s own privacy practices apply to that service.

Advertising and future changes

As of this template, production AdMob advertising has not yet been activated in DEEP RUN. Before enabling Google AdMob or other advertising/analytics SDKs, this privacy policy must be updated to match the actual data flows and appropriate consent must be obtained where required. App Store Connect privacy disclosures must also be updated.

Legal basis / retention

Technically necessary server information is processed to deliver and protect the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are generally retained for up to 14 days according to hosting settings, unless security incidents require longer retention. Local app data remains until removed by the user or by deleting the app.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and make a complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact us using the address below.
